Some say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Others say it really doesn’t matter. The truth of the matter is that anything you put in your body should matter.
As I strive to eat gluten-free meals and snacks I thought it would be good idea to show you what kind of things I’ve been enjoying.

Eggs. So incredibly versatile! You can boil them, you can fry them, you can scramble them! Let’s not forget that there’s omelets and quiche!
One my favourite ways to eat them is scrabbled with bruschetta topping!
It’s like my taste buds wake up when I eat it!
Next is a smoothie. I’ve blogged about the easy process before. Really, in my opinion you can’t go wrong! You’ve got fruits, veggies, protein and dairy (cow or other supplements) Delicious!
Last is what I call the baby quiche. But it’s not just any regular quiche. Oh, no! Instead of the egg mix being poured into crust, it’s poured into a piece of prosciutto!!
